Try my favourite recipe, which feeds a hungry family:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">*<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CREPES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">SIFT TOGETHER:\u00a03 cups flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon baking\u00a0powder, and 1 teaspoon salt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">BEAT INTO DRY INGREDIENTS: 4 cups milk, 4 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 4 tablespoons melted butter. (Add extra milk if necessary to\u00a0ensure a thin batter.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">LADLE about 1\/3 cup\u00a0of batter\u00a0onto a buttery, sizzling pan and rotate\u00a0to cover\u00a0the surface. Brown and flip.
